How do I get started?Fill out my client contact form and I will schedule a free 15 minute consultation with you to make sure I am the right fit of your needs!
Do you take insurance? At this time I am private pay only. I have found that with the continued complications of involving insurance billing, clients are often surprised by the ever changing benefit plans which results in an unknown accumulating bill. More often than not, this results in disruption of services.
Please check with your insurance provider to find out if you qualify for out-of-network options (OON). I am happy to provide a super-bill for you to submit for reimbursement.

What should I expect in therapy?Therapy sessions, techniques, tools and focus are all tailored to each individual situation and goals. In the first couple sessions we will create a custom plan for your specific needs. We will explore current symptoms and how they are affecting you, resources that you have already utilized and explore new ways to stop surviving and start thriving.
Know that when working with past trauma’s you do not need to tell all to heal. We will always check in to make sure you are feeling heard without overwhelming your system and reliving trauma.
Can I pay with HSA/FSA?Yes! You can use your HSA/FSA accounts for services. At the end of each session you can pay with cash, check, debit, credit, HSA card or FSA card.
To make things simple, a card of your choice is put on file and you can elect to have me charge it automatically after each session, for your convenience. This also eliminates the stress of an accumulating bill.

Couples counseling can differ greatly in our approach to services. It may be in the couples best interest to have individual therapists separate from the couples therapist. Recommendations will be tailored and reviewed after the first few sessions.
What is dissociation?Essentially, dissociation is our body’s natural ability to distance from distress (often trauma). Sometimes people experienced dissociaiton more often and at times it can also disrupt our ability to enjoy life the way we want to.
