After a brief 15 min. consultation, each individual will get a comprehensive mental health evaluation to determine exactly what treatment goals they would like. to work on in therapy.

Book an individual hour to work specifically towards your goals. For EMDR sessions, no less than 60 minute sessions should be booked.

NO SURPRISES ACT / GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE Under the federal No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before beginning services. As a private-pay practice, Resilient Waters Counseling LLC will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of your care upon request or before your first session. The estimate will include anticipated session frequency and associated fees. If you receive a bill that is at least 00 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
