If your would like to submit for out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a Superbill after each session. Please check with your specific insurance plan to ask what reimbursement benefits look like.
You can use the OON billing code associated with the corresponding services listed on this page to inquire with your insurance provider (ie. 60 min individual session is a 90837 billing code). Please reach out to me via phone or email if you have questions!
NO SURPRISES ACT / GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE Under the federal No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before beginning services.
